BIMTEC was appointed by ALJABER TECHINCAL AND TRADING (JTC) for the production of a LOD300 model based on the current MEP design for structure and Architecture, and As-Built models (LOD 500) of the same design. BIMTEC’s scope also includes 4/5D extractions and the production of Construction stage COBie exchange files (and validation of them), as per Construction Stage and As-Built COBie deliverable standards.
