In November 2020, JBS obtained the Quality Mark Award by the Association of Character Education as the first school outside the UK. Character Education teaches the acquisition and strengthening of positive character traits (or virtues) which are necessary to achieve the highest potential in life. The development of ‘good character’ is fundamental to a well-rounded life and a thriving society. Therefore, flourishing is the ultimate aim of Character Education.
